Assember I
The primary goal of this position is to assemble SoundTraxx products for retail sales. Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering world-class products and service is our mission on our state-of-the-art production floor.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Gain experience repairing solder bridges and reprogramming products
Qualifications:
Minimum Education & Experience: High School diploma or equivalent. Applicant should possess good manual dexterity and be able to successfully interact in a small group environment. Candidates should have the ability to sit for long periods of time and stay focused and quality-minded throughout duration of a project. Those who possess soldering, manufacturing and basic electronics knowledge and experience a will have an edge.
- To write consumer product manuals for use in new products.
- To edit, revise and improve existing manuals.
- To write various application notes, articles and website material with input from Sales and Marketing.
- To establish an in-house documentation 'rule-book' to standardize the look, feel and style of our public documentation.
Qualifications:
Minimum Education & Experience: Associates degree or vocational degree and one to three years of relevant experience. Must provide written samples, preferably of published materials. - To recommend computers and computer systems or networks for purchase or upgrade.
- To competently manage software issues and troubleshoot problems with both our internal and external network.
- To have an understanding of firewall systems and their implementation.
Qualifications:
Minimum Education & Experience: Associates degree or vocational degree and one to three years of relevant experience.
Technical Writer
Writes a variety of technical articles, reports, brochures, and manuals for documentation for a wide range of uses. May be responsible for coordinating with engineering, sales, production and marketing to achieve the desired results. Candidate should have the ability to help determine the need for graphics and the optimum format for production of the document. Applicant should have knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures and have a minimum of 2 years of advanced schooling in this field.

To write and document a large variety of publications for both internal and external use:
Network Administrator
Sets up, configures, and supports internal and/or external networks. Develops and maintains all systems, applications, security, and network configurations. Troubleshoots network performance issues and creates and maintains a disaster recovery plan. Recommends upgrades, patches, and new applications and equipment. Provides technical support and guidance to users. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures.
