Assember I
The primary goal of this position is to assemble SoundTraxx products for retail sales.  Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering world-class products and service is our mission on our state-of-the-art production floor.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build a good track record of dependability and punctuality
• Display a willingness to perform at a high level; Quality, Productivity, Organization
• Complete New Hire training program
• Gain a good understanding of leaded and lead free soldering techniques
• Demonstrated ability to solder leaded and lead free components of any size
• Ability to program sound roms and processors.  This includes setup and operation of equipment.
• Ability to test any and all products manufactured at SoundTraxx.
• Ability to assemble accessories by referencing documentation
• Display good ESD practices
• Be a team player that is respectful of teammates
• Follow 5S organizational guidelines

• Gain experience repairing solder bridges and reprogramming products
  
  Qualifications:
  Minimum Education & Experience: High School diploma or equivalent. Applicant should possess good manual dexterity and be able to successfully interact in a small group environment. Candidates should have the ability to sit for long periods of time and stay focused and quality-minded throughout duration of a project. Those who possess soldering, manufacturing and basic electronics knowledge and experience a will have an edge.
  

Technical Writer
Writes a variety of technical articles, reports, brochures, and manuals for documentation for a wide range of uses. May be responsible for coordinating with engineering, sales, production and marketing to achieve the desired results. Candidate should have the ability to help determine the need for graphics and the optimum format for production of the document. Applicant should have knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures and have a minimum of 2 years of advanced schooling in this field.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
To write and document a large variety of publications for both internal and external use:

• To write consumer product manuals for use in new products.
• To edit, revise and improve existing manuals.
• To write various application notes, articles and website material with input from Sales and Marketing.
• To establish an in-house documentation 'rule-book' to standardize the look, feel and style of our public documentation.
  
  Qualifications:
  Minimum Education & Experience: Associates degree or vocational degree and one to three years of relevant experience. Must provide written samples, preferably of published materials.

Network Administrator
Sets up, configures, and supports internal and/or external networks. Develops and maintains all systems, applications, security, and network configurations. Troubleshoots network performance issues and creates and maintains a disaster recovery plan. Recommends upgrades, patches, and new applications and equipment. Provides technical support and guidance to users. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
To manage, maintain, upgrade the company's network and computer systems:

• To recommend computers and computer systems or networks for purchase or upgrade.
• To competently manage software issues and troubleshoot problems with both our internal and external network.
• To have an understanding of firewall systems and their implementation.
  
  Qualifications:
  Minimum Education & Experience: Associates degree or vocational degree and one to three years of relevant experience.
