As someone who enjoys tinkering with electronics, troubleshooting problems, and helping people, Justin found a great fit for his skills as our Customer Support Representative. Justin started at SoundTraxx in 2013 as a member of the production team, so he knows our products inside and out. He also holds a bachelor's degree in physics from Fort Lewis College in Durango. And when he's not playing competitive Foosball, Justin enjoys microcontroller programming and creating analog circuits.

George joined SoundTraxx in 2008 as a lifelong modeler and a “walking encyclopedia” of train facts and DCC know-how. George is eager to assist modelers in every aspect of the hobby and considers the model railroading community as “one big club.” He has more than 25 years of experience in model railroading and is especially interested in realistic prototypical operation. As a sales and support representative at SoundTraxx, George enjoys educating retailers and customers about the benefits of DCC and sound, and he provides technical assistance when needed. George also writes the Application Notes for sound installations in specific models, as well as the SoundBytes blog.
